Try to view them with a critical eye, identifying strengths of the final productions and areas in which they may have been improved. The key questions are:

1. Does the final piece resemble an authentic music magazine?
2. Are the codes and conventions of a music magazine present?
3. Is the genre of the magazine clear?
4. Does the magazine have a clear sense of audience?
5. Does the magazine have a consistent and recognisable house-style?

When looking at the blog as a whole:

• Has the candidate clearly demonstrated their planning and the stages of production (photos, feature articles, flat-plans etc.)?

• Double-Page Spread
• and Advert for the Inside Cover
